How It Works

Our focus is doing the job right while keeping your costs in check. If you have received a quote from another licensed HVAC contractor, send it our way. We will review the details and provide a better price on a similar or upgraded system. If everything checks out, we will beat their price by $200 on qualifying systems.

To qualify:

• We need a written, itemized estimate
• Estimate must be less than 30 days old
• Submitted before installation or purchase
• Comparable equipment and scope of work

What Counts as a Comparable Quote?

Not all estimates are created equal. We only compare systems that are designed and installed properly. 

That means the competing quote must include:

• Correctly sized equipment for your home
• Similar efficiency ratings (SEER2, AFUE, etc.)
• A comparable scope of work including installation, electrical, permits, and accessories
• Work performed by a licensed and insured contractor

If something looks off, we will explain why and still work with you to deliver the best value for your home.
