Carter Baker is the Owner and President of D & A Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, a family-owned company proudly serving the Treasure Valley since 2004.

An Idaho native, Carter has spent years building experience not only in the home service industry but also in real estate, business management, and long-term asset operations. That broader background has shaped his approach to leadership: building a company that values long-term relationships, operational excellence, and responsible growth rather than short-term profits.

Carter believes a successful home service company should be built on trust, accountability, and consistency. Under his leadership, D & A focuses on delivering dependable service while building a sustainable company that will continue serving Treasure Valley families for decades to come.

He is passionate about creating an organization where both employees and customers feel valued. Carter places a strong emphasis on team development, ethical business practices, and maintaining the "Dependable & Authentic" values that define the company.

Outside of work, Carter enjoys coaching basketball, spending time with his family, and staying active in the local community he's proud to call home.
